The price for a reserved season pass this year is $111. For a limited time, those that purchased in 2007 will have the opportunity to renew their spot for 2008. Any additional spots left after that will go on sale in July 2008. We will send an email reminder out to all uagameday.com website registered fans before they go on sale. NEW FOR '08 – Parking for People with Physical Disabilities
The University of Alabama provides a limited number of parking spaces for people with disabilities. For people who use a wheelchair, accessible parking is located at the lot on Wallace Wade Ave. (#1 on the www.uagameday.com pregame parking map) and the Communications Card Lot (#2 on the www.uagameday.com pregame parking map). All other parking for people with disabilities is located at the Campus Drive Deck (Campus Drive at Hackberry Lane). We are pleased that we will be able to offer more services at this location and more parking space is available to accommodate the fans. This deck serves at the hub for the Crimson Ride transit system. Crimson Ride buses will transport fans from this location to the Quad for the festivities there. Athletics is doubling the number of buses that will go from the Campus Drive Deck to the Stadium. This will expand the bus service that fans have had in the past. There is wheel-chair accessible bus transportation from this location to the Quad or to the Stadium. Parking is $10 per vehicle and will be collected at the lot. Restroom facilities are conveniently located in the Campus Drive Deck. For more information about services for people with disabilities click here.
Please note that it is a Class B misdemeanor to use a disability parking permit unless the person to whom the permit is issued is in the vehicle. State laws will be enforced. Class B misdemeanors are punishable by a fine of $50-$200 and up to 40 hours of community service.
Transportation to and from the north end of Bryant-Denny Stadium is provided for these individuals and their guests beginning two hours and thirty minutes prior to kickoff.
NEW FOR '08 – Campus Parking
Due to a landscaping and irrigation project that will occur this summer along University Blvd, there will no longer be parking on the grass at Russell Hall, Farrah Hall or Gallalee Hall. These areas that were formerly used for parking will be landscaped as part of the campus beautification effort.
NEW FOR '08 – Moody Music Lot Parking
The Moody Music parking lot located on the corner of Bryant Dr. and 2nd Ave. will no longer be used for general public parking. This area will be used for additional Tide Pride parking for the 2008 season and parking for the University of Alabama Million Dollar Band. Parking will be eliminated on the grass berms and grassy areas around this lot. The band practices on the field in this area.
NEW FOR '08 - Changes in Public Parking
Please make note of the following parking areas that will NOT be open to public parking on gameday:
-
Russell Hall – landscaping and irrigation project
-
Farrah Hall – landscaping and irrigation project
-
Gallalee Hall – landscaping and irrigation project
- East Engineering Lot – permit only parking
- Moody Music Lot (grassy berms and grassy areas) – permit only and Million Dollar Band parking
*For safety reasons, once all parking spaces are taken within an area on campus, UA Parking Services may elect to close the area. If sufficient parking spaces re-open, UA Parking Services may re-open the area for additional parking.
*Please note that parking on sidewalks or blocking handicap accessible ramps will NOT be allowed. For the 2008 season, this will be strictly enforced and vehicles found in violation will be subject to being towed at their expense. Also, parking in post-game exit routes, transit lanes or areas indicated as no parking zones is prohibited. Violators are subject to having their vehicles towed at their expense.
*In order to give all fans the same opportunity to park on or around campus, please do not use chairs or other tailgating items to reserve parking spaces. Any unattended items will be considered abandoned and may be removed.
There will also be other areas for public parking on the east portion of the UA campus. The following lots will be $10 per vehicle on Gameday and sold on a first come first served basis. We encourage fans that plan on parking in these lots to enter campus via Campus Drive and then to turn left onto 5th Avenue East. This will help ensure a quick travel time from McFarland Boulevard.
